Actually, in my experience, a lot of the tracks work together better than you'd think! I've mixed pieces from the '90s with newer sets, and with a little creativity, I got them to work. So, it's not a straight yes or no. Sometimes, it's more about how determined you are to make it happen.
Mostly no. Older tracks and new ones usually don't mix well. Designs have changed.
