It might feel like some are slower because of their animations or the way they carry themselves, but strip them down to their running shoes, and they're all booking it at the same pace. Nope, they're not the same speed. I always outrun my buddies when I'm playing Octane.

Actually, all Legends do move at the same base speed. The feeling that some are slower is just an illusion created by their animations and hitbox sizes. Especially for larger characters like Gibraltar, it might seem like they lumber around more, but when everyone's sprinting weapon-free, they're equally fast.
