Nope, not all Xbox One controllers have Bluetooth. Only the ones made after August 2016 with the Xbox One S have it.

Not all of 'em, just ones from Xbox One S and newer. Older models need an adapter.

You gotta check the plastic around the Xbox button. If it's part of the face, it's Bluetooth. If it's separate, no dice.
