Are creature copies still considered cards in MTG?
ComputingTopaz·7 months agoNope, creature copies in MTG aren't considered as cards. They're tokens or copies that exist on the battlefield, but you can't have them in your hand, deck, or anywhere else cards usually hang out. Think of them like magical illusions—they're there until they're not!

Creature copies are not cards! They only exist on the battlefield and can't be interacted with in the same way as actual cards. No shuffling these into your deck, unfortunately.
Actually, creature copies are cards in every way that matters during the game. They can attack, block, and use abilities just like any other creature card on the battlefield.
