Are Crocs Good for Sciatica?
JokingTunic路7 months agoI have sciatica, and Crocs have been a lifesaver for me. Their cushioned soles really help reduce pressure on my lower back.

Honestly, not really. They lack the firm arch support needed for proper sciatica relief. Better off with orthopedic shoes.
I've heard mixed reviews. Some swear by them for comfort, others find them too squishy. Your mileage may vary!
Crocs can be quite comfy for some people with sciatica because they offer decent arch support and cushioning. Might not be a perfect fit for everyone, though!
