Nope! Double tapping in Fallout 4 doesn't inherently decrease your accuracy. The game's shooting mechanics are more about your character's perks, weapons mods, and your own aiming skills. So, if you're missing those second shots, it might be time to visit the weapon workbench or check your perk tree for some accuracy boosts!

It's all in the perks! Double-tap away, just make sure you've specced into those accuracy perks and modded your weapon for stability. Fallout 4's accuracy is more RPG mechanics than twitch shooting.

Actually, I find double tapping kinda throws off my aim. Maybe it's not less accurate by design, but it sure feels like it when you're in the heat of battle trying to nail a headshot on a Raider from a distance. Personal experience? Take the time to aim.

Double tapping? More like double missing if you ask me. Get those accuracy perks or slow down and aim.
