Are Fallout 4 Saves Compatible with Fallout 4 VR?
Nah, Fallout 4 and Fallout 4 VR are like cousins who look a lot alike but can't swap clothes. Saves from Fallout 4 aren't compatible with Fallout 4 VR because they're basically separate games, despite sharing the same world and story. So, you'll have to start fresh in the VR world, but hey, it's another excuse to dive back into the wasteland!

Short answer: No. Fallout 4 saves do not work on Fallout 4 VR. You gotta start from scratch.
Absolutely not, they're as compatible as oil and water. Tried it myself thinking I could jump straight into the action with my decked-out character. Ended up starting a new game but wasn't disappointed. The VR experience is a whole new level of awesome!
