Are tokens considered instants in MTG?
VitriolingMouth·7 months agoNope, tokens in MTG aren't instants. Tokens are permanents that enter the battlefield as a result of effects or abilities. Instants, on the other hand, are spells that can be cast at almost any time, including your opponent's turn, and they go to the graveyard after they're used.

Not at all – tokens stay on the battlefield unless removed by some effect, totally different from instants!
Definitely not. Tokens are more like creatures or artifacts that stick around on the battlefield. Instants are a whole different ball game, being spells you can cast any time.
