Are Hot Wheels worth more in the package?

Definitely! Keeping your Hot Wheels in the package can seriously bump up their value. Collectors go nuts for mint condition packaging because it's proof the car hasn't been played with and is in its original state. Plus, the artwork and package itself are part of the collectible appeal. But remember, the real value bump is for those rare or limited edition models!

Yep, in-package Hot Wheels from certain years or special editions can fetch a pretty penny. I sold one from the '90s I found in my attic for way more than I expected, just because I never opened it!

Not always. Some folks think taking them out and enjoying them is what they're made for. Plus, unless you've got a super rare model, the difference might not be that huge.

If love Hot Wheels, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Several of those prizes are trending Hot Wheels, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
