Generally speaking, yes, Japanese Pokemon cards can be cheaper compared to their English counterparts, especially for common and non-foil cards. Since they're produced in higher quantities in Japan, the supply is more robust which can lead to lower prices. However, for highly sought-after cards or limited editions, the price difference might not be as significant due to their collectible value.

Definitely! I've been collecting both English and Japanese Pokemon cards for years, and I consistently find better deals on Japanese cards. Plus, they have some awesome artworks not available in English versions which is a huge bonus for collectors!

Nah, it's all about what you're looking for. If you're into rare or collector's edition cards, those prices skyrocket no matter where they're from. But for the average card? Sure, Japanese versions might save you a few bucks.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
