It really depends on the card and its scarcity! Generally, Japanese Pokemon cards can be more valuable due to lower print runs and the Japan-exclusive releases. Collectors often seek these out for their rarity and unique art. However, some English cards, especially first editions and limited releases, can fetch a pretty penny too.

Not necessarily. The value of a Pokemon card, whether it's Japanese or English, hinges more on its rarity, condition, and the demand among collectors. There have been cases where English cards are way more expensive than their Japanese counterparts.

From my own experience, I've noticed that Japanese cards are often seen as more collectible due to their quality and the perception that they're more 'authentic' to the Pok茅mon brand. But it's the rarity and condition that truly dictate the price.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
