Yes, ship upgrades in Lethal Company are permanent. Once you invest in those improvements, they stick with your ship throughout your playthrough. Makes sense, right? After all, it wouldn't be very survival-horror if you had to keep redoing your upgrades every mission. It adds to the strategy of which upgrades to prioritize first!

No, they ain't temporary. Once you upgrade, that bad boy's sticking with you for the long haul. Makes those tough decisions on what to upgrade first even more critical.

Actually, the permanence of ship upgrades in Lethal Company adds a whole strategic layer to the game. You really gotta think about where to allocate those resources since you won't get a do-over. Made my playthrough way more engaging since I had to live with my choices – for better or worse.

If you're a Lethal Company player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
