Nope, Michael, Trevor, and Franklin are characters from Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5), and there's been no confirmation from Rockstar Games that they'll appear in GTA 6. Each GTA game usually introduces a new cast of characters, so it's unlikely they'll be protagonists again. But who knows? Cameos could happen!

Gonna go against the grain here and say, wait for the surprise. Rockstar is full of surprises. Who thought we'd get a GTA Online back then? Maybe a cameo, at least?!
