Are MTG and DnD in the same universe?
CorsetingJoke路7 months agoTechnically no. MTG and DnD have their own separate universes. What the crossovers do is just blend the themes and elements for fun, not officially merge the universes into one. It's like having a guest character from one TV show pop up in another.

Yes and no. They're like distant cousins that meet up for family reunions. Wizards of the Coast links them through crossovers, but at their core, they're different universes with unique lore and stories.
Not exactly, but they do crossover! While Magic: The Gathering (MTG) and Dungeons & Dragons (DnD) were originally separate entities, recent crossover products have blended elements of both. For example, Wizards of the Coast has released DnD campaign settings based on MTG universes, like Ravnica and Theros, allowing players to explore these worlds through the lens of DnD. So, while they started in different universes, recent collaborations have created a shared multiverse where elements of both games can coexist.
