Nope, mutations in Fallout 76 aren't limited time! Once you get a mutation, it sticks with you until you decide to cure it. So, go ahead, enjoy your new superpowers or quirky traits. Just remember, with great power comes... well, sometimes a bit of a trade-off in other areas.

Mutations in Fallout 76 are permanent until you use a Radaway or specific cures, not limited time. So if you've grown attached to your extra arms or whatever, no worries, they're here to stay unless you decide otherwise.

lol no, they're not a timed thing. Got my character looking like a superhero and it's permanent. Unless you don't want it, then just cure it.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
