Nope, not all hyper rare Pokemon cards are rainbow. While rainbow cards are indeed a type of hyper rare card, there are other hyper rares that aren't rainbow. Think shiny, full art, or secret rare cards. So, if you're out there chasing the rainbow, don't forget about the other gems!

Actually, rainbow cards are just one flavor in the big ice cream shop of hyper rare cards. You've also got your secret rares, full arts, and more. Each one's as unique as a Bulbasaur in a field of Rattatas.

Gotta correct you there - not all hyper rares are rainbows. I've pulled plenty of hyper rares that were shiny but not a rainbow in sight. It's like fishing for a Magikarp and catching a Gyarados instead.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
