Last time I checked, McDonald's wasn't handing out Pokemon cards with their Happy Meals. These promotions are like rare Pokemon themselves - they pop up unexpectedly and not for long.
They do come back occasionally for special promos, but as of now, no Pok茅mon cards at McD's. Stay tuned though, you never know!
