Nope, Rifleman perks are for rifles only! If you want to up your shotgun damage, look for Shotgunner perks.

Nah, the Rifleman perk doesn't boost shotguns in Fallout 76. Shotguns fall under the Shotgunner perk located in the Strength category. Rifleman perks are for non-automatic rifles, so you'll need to focus on those Shotgunner perks to beef up your shotgun game.

Sadly, no. Shotguns and the Rifleman perk don't mix. Stick to Shotgunner perks for that sweet shotgun damage boost.
