Totally depends on what you're after! If you're new to Magic The Gathering, these packs can be a great way to start your collection, offering a mix of cards at a reasonable price. Plus, the thrill of not knowing what you'll get adds to the excitement. For more seasoned players, it's a bit of a gamble—sometimes you score big, other times not so much. But hey, that's part of the fun, right?

IMO, not really. Most of the time, you end up with a bunch of common cards you already have dozens of. You're better off buying singles of the cards you actually need for your deck.

As someone who's cracked open more than a few of these, I can say they're hit or miss. But, getting that rare card you've been hunting for makes it all worth it. Plus, it's an easy and quick way to boost your collection.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
