Skip most of the fillers unless you're a completionist. The main story is where all the action and character development really happen.
As a hardcore fan, I watched all the fillers and found some gems! The 'Power' mini-arc (episodes 290-295) offers some pretty cool fights.
Honestly, just skip them. Too much filler, not enough thriller.
