The original Xbox One controllers don't support Bluetooth. You'll need a specific model released later to connect via Bluetooth.

Nope, only Xbox One controllers made after 2016 have Bluetooth. Look for the controllers with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a smaller top plastic section!

Original Xbox One controllers are NOT Bluetooth. They use a proprietary wireless connection instead.
