Yep, Dragon Ball Online is one! It’s an MMO set 216 years after the events of Dragon Ball Z. You can even meet characters like Goku and Trunks!
Dragon Ball Online is probably what you're looking for. Unfortunately, the official servers are down, but there are fan-run servers that keep the game alive.
Dunno if it counts totally, but you can try Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. It has MMO elements and you get to create your own character!
