Yep, bots are in the game! Sometimes you'll get matched with them when there aren't enough real players available.

Yeah, there are definitely bots. You can usually spot them by their funky, non-human-like word choices.

You bet! I once faced a bot who threw down 'epizeuxis'鈥攍ike, who even uses that word?!

Some people think there are bots, but I believe it's just really skilled players or people using word generators.

For sure, there are bots. It helps keep the game going when there aren't enough players online.

If you're a Words with Friends player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Words with Friends essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
