Not exactly like in Demon Slayer, but there are ancient breathing techniques like Pranayama in yoga, or the Wim Hof Method that can enhance physical and mental performance. Just don’t expect to start slaying demons!

You won't find people slicing through boulders with breathing techniques IRL, but practices like Tai Chi and Qigong do focus on breath control for improved energy flow and relaxation.

TBH, breathing techniques like the ones in Demon Slayer are pure fiction. But, hey, deep breathing can still help you calm down after a long day of binge-watching anime!

As someone who practices martial arts, we do use specific breathing techniques for concentration and power, but it's not as dramatic as what you see in Demon Slayer. Still super helpful though!
