Are there characters in Fallout 76?
Yep, Fallout 76 is populated with a bunch of characters! But here's the kicker - most of 'em aren't humans like in previous Fallout games. Since it's an online RPG, the other humans you meet are actual players. There are still NPCs like robots and the recently added human NPCs with the Wastelanders update. So, you're never really alone, even in the wasteland.
