Got to add, Allies in Fallout 76 kinda change the solo game feel. They make your camp feel less lonely and offer some cool personal quests. So yeah, not traditional companions, but definitely a nice touch to the game!

Nah, don't expect a buddy movie vibe with NPCs in Fallout 76. It's more about the solo or group player experience. You do get Allies for your camp, but they're more like fancy decorations who give you quests.

Yep, Fallout 76 has companions, but not in the traditional Fallout sense. You won't be wandering the wasteland with human NPCs fighting alongside you. Instead, you get Ally companions you can recruit to your camp. They'll hang out, give you quests, and provide some backstory. Plus, there's a lovable German Shepard pet named Dogmeat you can adopt with the 'Steel Dawn' update!
