Oh yeah, Naruto Shippuden has quite a few filler episodes. About 40% of the episodes are filler, so be prepared for some detours from the main plot!

As an avid fan, I can confirm that Shippuden has a lot of filler episodes. Some are fun, but if you want to stick to the main story, use a filler list.
