Are there flavor text repeats on any MTG cards?

For sure, but it doesn't happen super often. It's more common in core sets or when they're revisiting a particular storyline or plane. Kinda cool if you ask me, like little hidden treasures.

Yep, and it's awesome! It's like when you catch an Easter egg in your favorite movie series. Wizards of the Coast knows how to keep things interesting.

Actually, yes, and it's not as cool as it sounds. Recycled flavor texts feel lazy to me. I mean, with all the lore MTG has, you'd think they could come up with something new, right?

Oh yeah, totally. MTG has been around since '93, so you bet some flavor texts have been reused. It's a mix of homage, nostalgia, and practicality. Makes you feel like a seasoned wizard when you spot them!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
