I've thrown half my arsenal at some walls in XCOM 2 and they still stood strong. So yeah, some walls just won't budge.
Nope, not all walls in XCOM 2 are destructible. Some are built like tanks!
From my experience, while most walls can be destroyed with enough firepower, certain mission-critical structures and terrain pieces are annoyingly indestructible. So sometimes, you just gotta take the long way around.
