Yes, and some of them are so bad, they're almost funny. I bought a 'Picachu' card off a street vendor once for laughs. The artwork looked like it was drawn by a 5-year-old. So, yeah, they're definitely out there.

Oh absolutely, there are tons of fake Pokemon cards out there. The key is to know the signs - misspellings, poor quality printing, or different card textures can be dead giveaways. If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is! Always buy from reputable sources to avoid getting scammed.

Honestly, fakes are rare. Just stick to official stores and you'll be fine. Most of the time, what people call 'fakes' are just misprints or errors from official packs, which, ironically, can be worth a bunch.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
