For sure, sideboarding is a thing in oldschool Magic. It's what makes the game even more strategic and exciting, figuring out what your opponent might play and adjusting your tactics. Just remember, the main deck must stay at least 60 cards, sideboard shenanigans or not.

Yep, oldschool MTG definitely has sideboards! Think of it as your secret toolbox. When you're playing in a tournament, after the first game of a match, you can swap cards in and out of your deck with your sideboard. It's all about strategizing against your opponent. Each player's sideboard can have up to 15 cards, so choose wisely!

Sideboards? In oldschool Magic? Absolutely not necessary. Just play your best 60 cards and may the best wizard win.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
