They seem pretty committed to improving and expanding the game, so expect more fixes and new content down the line. Also, they've made efforts to make the game safer and more secure. Honestly, Fallout 76 has come a long way. I've been playing since launch, and the difference is night and day. Regular patches and new content drops have really turned it around. It's not perfect, but it's way better and keeps getting more love from Bethesda.
Fix? More like continuously improving! Fallout 76 isn't the disaster it was at launch. Give it a try now; you might be pleasantly surprised.
