Are Wolves Considered Dogs in Magic The Gathering?
CreatingGulf路7 months agoNope, in MTG, wolves and dogs are treated as separate entities. Each has its own creature type. So, if a card specifically mentions a dog, it won't apply to wolves, and vice versa. It's like the difference between cats and lions in the game.

Actually, wolves and dogs are different in the MTG universe. They've got different synergies and buffs, so don't mix 'em up when you're building your deck.
Honestly, it's all just semantics. Sure, MTG says wolves and dogs are different, but at the end of the day, a four-legged furry creature is a four-legged furry creature. Build a deck with both, and call it your pet zoo!
