Yeah, you can use two headsets on Xbox One but you’ll need to connect one through the controller and the other via Bluetooth or USB. Works like a charm for co-op games!

Nah, only one can use voice chat at a time. You can connect two for audio but not both for chat.

Technically, yes. One through the controller and another through an optical or USB connection, but voice chat might be a hassle.
