Technically yes, but it's like riding a broom through a blizzard. Hogwarts Legacy can launch with 8GB RAM, but for a smoother, less glitchy experience that does justice to the magical world, 16GB RAM is where the magic truly begins. You might find the game playable at lower settings, but expect some compromises in performance and visuals. Upgrading your RAM would be a good spell to cast for an enchanting experience!

8GB RAM can run Hogwarts Legacy, but it's gonna be a bit like trying to play Quidditch with a half-broken broom. Doable? Yes. Ideal? Not really. You'll likely face some performance issues, so consider this the bare minimum.

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
