Yeah, a Gold can totally play with a Diamond in Valorant! The game allows a 3-tier rank difference for partying up. So as long as the Diamond isn't more than 3 ranks above the Gold, you're good to queue together. Get ready to up your game though; Diamond lobbies are no joke!

No way, that's a hard carry waiting to happen. Golds should stick with Golds, and Diamonds with Diamonds. Mixing them messes up the game balance. Just grind till you reach their level.

As someone who's been both Gold and Diamond, I can say playing together is possible and actually really beneficial for the Gold. You learn a lot by playing in higher ranks. Just make sure you鈥檙e within the 3 rank difference limit!

Short answer - yes, but only if the Diamond isn't Diamond 3 or higher. Valorant鈥檚 rank system is pretty strict to keep matches fair, so if the gap is too big, you'll need to rank up a bit first.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
