Yes, but with compromises. I've got firsthand experience here. Ran GTA 5 on an old laptop with integrated graphics by lowering the resolution and all the graphics settings. Wasn't the prettiest, but it was definitely playable!

Yep, GTA 5 can run on a low-end PC, but you'll need to manage your expectations. Rockstar optimized it pretty well, so even if your rig is closer to a potato, you can run it by tweaking the settings down.
