I actually managed to run Apex Legends on my MacBook Air using boot camp to install Windows! It wasn't the best experience ever since I had to lower the settings a lot, but it's doable for casual play. Don't expect to become a pro, though.
Honestly, no. Just save yourself the headache. Apex Legends is pretty resource-intensive and MacBook Airs, while great for a lot of things, aren't built for hardcore gaming. Better to play on a system that meets the game's requirements if you don't want a slideshow instead of smooth gameplay.
