Yeah, the Ryzen 3 2200G can totally run Fallout 4. You might not be able to push the settings to ultra without a dedicated GPU, but it'll definitely handle medium settings at a decent framerate. Just make sure you've got enough RAM (8GB minimum, but 16GB is better) and you're good to go.

No way, get a real GPU. Ryzen 3 2200G is for spreadsheets, not for the wasteland.

Absolutely, I've run Fallout 4 on a Ryzen 3 2200G setup myself! Had to tweak the settings a bit for smoother gameplay, especially in busier areas, but it was a perfectly solid experience. Don't expect to crank everything to the max, but you'll enjoy the game without any major issues.
