Actually, yes. I pulled off a double Cascade just last Friday at my local game store. It felt like hitting the jackpot. First spell cascaded into a second, and the room just erupted. Best game ever.

Yep, Cascade can definitely trigger another Cascade in Magic The Gathering. When you cast a spell with Cascade, you reveal cards from the top of your deck until you reveal a nonland card that costs less.
