Can companions use Stimpacks in Fallout 4?
Yep, companions in Fallout 4 can definitely use Stimpacks. But here's the catch - they don't use them automatically. When they take a beating and go down during a fight, you gotta go over to them and manually use a Stimpack to get them back on their feet. So keep an eye on your buddies, or they'll just lay there taking a nap in the middle of a gunfight!

They sure can, but only if you've got a heart and actually give them one while they're down. Don't expect them to patch themselves up without your help.
Honestly, it's a bit of a hassle. Would've been cool if they could just manage their own Stimpacks without me having to babysit them every battle.
Nope, they can't use them by themselves. You need to do it for them whenever they get knocked down. Adds a bit of strategy, or annoyance, depending on how you look at it.
