Nah, Fallout 4 doesn't have an option to specifically turn off cussing. The game sticks to its post-apocalyptic theme which includes language that's as rough as the wasteland itself. So, if bad words are a no-go, you might need to keep the volume down or explore mods that could help clean things up a bit.

I actually found a mod that reduces the amount of swearing in the game! It's not perfect, but it definitely makes a difference. You gotta dive into the modding community for solutions like this.

Sadly, the wasteland doesn't come with a language filter. What you hear is what you get in Fallout 4. No built-in settings to turn off the cussing.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
