Nope, Dogmeat can't die in Fallout 4, not even in survival mode. He might get knocked out in combat if he takes too much damage, but don't worry, he'll get right back up after the fight is over. So, you can keep adventuring together without the fear of losing your trusty canine companion.

Actually, Dogmeat is basically immortal. Gets knocked down? Sure. But dies? Never. Makes traversing the wasteland a tad less stressful knowing your doggo will always be by your side.

Dogmeat is as invulnerable as your hopes and dreams in the wasteland; he can't die. However, he won't be much help licking his wounds, so keep an eye on him and maybe pack some extra stimpaks for your furry friend.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
