With enough creativity and some retcons, GT could definitely be retooled to align with Super. Dragon Ball has done crazier things!
Not likely, GT and Super have different vibes. Better to enjoy them separately.
GT could be reimagined to fit within the Super timeline by tweaking the story and character arcs. Never say never in the Dragon Ball universe!
