Nah, enemies in Fallout 4 can't jump. You won't see Super Mutants or Raiders pulling off any parkour moves. They can run, shoot, and bash, but no hopping around.

Enemies in Fallout 4 stick to the ground. No jumping scares from Deathclaws, thankfully. Just the usual run-at-your-face horror.

Actually, I've never seen an enemy jump in Fallout 4. They are all about that ground-and-pound life, no aerial acrobatics here.
