Nah, sorry to break it to ya, but EU and NA players can't directly squad up in Valorant due to regional servers. However, you can create a new account in the region you wanna play in, but keep in mind this means starting from scratch with none of your cool skins or progress.

Actually tried this with a friend. Made a new account set to NA (I'm from EU), and we could play together. It's a workaround but say bye-bye to your EU account goodies.
