Fortnite is pretty well-optimized, so even mid-range systems can handle it. Just tweak the graphics settings if needed.
As long as you've got a decent processor, 8GB of RAM, and a graphics card from the last five years, you should be fine.
Forget specs, just download it and see if it runs. Worst case, you’ll have to lower the graphics settings.
I've been running Fortnite on my old laptop with an Intel i5 and integrated graphics. It's not perfect, but it works!
