Actually, you can't. Game Pass and Steam operate on separate platforms, so crossplay between them for Palworld isn't a thing.

Nope, if you've got Palworld on Game Pass, you can't play with your buddies on Steam. They're like two different playgrounds; one doesn't let you hop over the fence to the other.
