Absolutely not, chief. The 930MX is pretty outdated for Fallout 4's high-res textures. It'll struggle harder than a radroach against a power-armored Sole Survivor. Lower those settings if you don't want a slideshow instead of a game.
I managed to run Fallout 4 on my laptop with a 930MX, but let me tell you – it wasn't a walk in the park. High resolution textures? Forget about it. Had to play on low settings to even get decent frames per second. Still enjoyed the wasteland vibes, though!
