From personal experience in the Tokyo Ghoul fandom, I've seen multiple references where ghouls can't tolerate human food or drinks, so alcohol is a no-go for them.
Ghouls can't really enjoy alcohol like humans can, since their bodies reject all human food and drink, including alcohol. Poor Kaneki can't even have a beer!
